Enda Healy
BEng, M.Proj, MPI, MIEI
Enda is an accomplished expert with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from NUI Galway and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Limerick. With over 23 years of experience, he has successfully led major engineering and construction projects, including the iconic London Olympics and several key infrastructure initiatives in Ireland. As Managing Director, Enda plays a pivotal role in steering Source’s growth and expanding our portfolio across the UK and mainland Europe, bringing invaluable leadership and vision to our team.

Bernard O’Donnell
MAAT
With 25 years of accounting expertise across both practice and industry, Bernard is the backbone of our financial operations. He oversees day-to-day accounting matters, ensures seamless tax compliance, and drives the company’s financial stability. His keen eye for detail and strategic approach ensure that we remain on solid financial ground, helping guide the company towards continued growth.

Liam Kerrigan
BEng, Dip Eng, Eur Ing, CEng, MIEI
Liam is a Chartered Engineer with over 21 years of experience and a graduate of the University of Dundee with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, also holding a specialized Diploma in Water & Wastewater Engineering. Liam has played a pivotal role in designing and managing everything from rail bridge construction and demolition to roads, culverts, and reinforced concrete structures. Whether it’s a landfill project or a large-scale infrastructure build, Liam’s hands-on approach and sharp engineering insight ensure every project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.

Michelle Dowds
Michelle has been an integral part of Source since its inception, bringing a solid foundation in finance through her qualification as an Accounting Technician. Over the years, her role has evolved in tandem with the company’s growth, reflecting both her adaptability and dedication. As Office Manager, Michelle draws on a broad skill set developed through her experience across a wide range of business functions. In recent years, she has taken on additional responsibilities as Fleet Manager and has become a central figure in managing customs and logistics operations. Committed to continuous professional development, Michelle holds a Certificate in Customs and Compliance and Trade Facilitation and is currently studying Transport Management. Her proactive approach and drive for learning ensure she remains at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.

Des McGroarty
BSc (Hons) PM & QS, OSH (IOSH)
Des brings extensive expertise to the team with Honours Degrees in Quantity Surveying (Level 7) and Project Management (Level 8) from Sligo and Limerick Institutes of Technology. He also holds an IOSH-accredited Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. With over 18 years in the construction industry, Des has contributed to diverse projects, including oil and gas refineries, data centers, BESS substations, and various building initiatives. His experience also encompasses numerous road and cycleway projects across Ireland, reflecting his versatility and dedication to excellence in every endeavor.

Danny McDyre
BEng (Hons)
With 12 years of specialized expertise in civil construction, from earthworks to concrete and underground services, Danny combines engineering know-how with sharp management skills. His professional approach to cost control and time management has been key to delivering large-scale projects, both locally and internationally. Danny’s ability to lead teams and streamline operations has earned him his current role as Operations Director, where he ensures projects stay on budget, on schedule, and executed to the highest standard.

Derek Wilson
Dip. Const. Econ, BSc (Surveying), MCInstCES, MRICS
Derek is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience of civil engineering contracting, estimating and bid management. A graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology with a degree in Surveying, Derek’s background includes extensive experience in road, rail, structural and public realm infrastructure in the UK and Ireland. Committed to the delivery of professional standards of work, his attention to detail, contractual and commercial awareness, and ability to identify risk and opportunity in contract documentation ensure that commercially viable and high-quality tenders are produced within tender deadlines.

Shane Hegarty
BEng (Hons)
Shane has been a key part of the team since 2012, after earning his Honours Degree in Civil Engineering Management from the Institute of Technology, Limerick. Specializing in water and wastewater engineering, Shane has played a pivotal role in major wastewater treatment projects and the construction of large-diameter pipelines, even in the most challenging urban environments. His technical expertise and hands-on experience ensure that every project is executed with precision and efficiency.

Patrick Duffy
BEng (Hons)
With over 25 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering, Paddy brings a wealth of knowledge across a range of sectors, including rail, water, wastewater, road infrastructure, and data centers. A graduate of Napier University, Edinburgh, he has led projects throughout Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, and Scotland. Paddy’s expertise extends beyond managing large-scale projects; he’s also deeply committed to mentoring and coaching others, helping to develop the next generation of engineering talent. His leadership and industry insight make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Paul McGroarty
Nat Dip Eng
Paul has over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with extensive expertise in the coordination, management, and construction of small to large-scale civil engineering projects. His diverse background includes significant experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, landfill projects, rail bridge construction and demolition, culverts, roads, car parks, and reinforced concrete structures. Paul graduated from Sligo IT in 2002 and also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Limerick University. Currently, as a Senior Site Engineer/Project Manager at Source Civil Ltd, Paul is responsible for survey control, setting out, materials testing, and quality control.

Runali Patole
BTech
Runali holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the College of Engineering in Pune, India. With over 9 years of experience in the construction industry, she has developed extensive expertise as a Planner in various sectors, including infrastructure, power and energy, and high-rise residential and commercial projects. Her career with Source has spanned across Ireland, Germany, Scotland, and the Netherlands, showcasing her adaptability and global perspective. Skilled in strategy, planning, project monitoring, and dashboard preparation, Runali excels in coordinating project timelines and ensuring efficient execution, making her an invaluable asset to any project team.
