Enda Healy

Managing Director

Enda Healy – Enda graduated with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from NUI Galway and he also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Limerick in Project Management.  Enda has over 23 years industry experience working on major engineering and construction projects from the London Olympics to some of the largest infrastructural projects undertaken in Ireland.  He continues to expand Source portfolio of works across the UK and into mainland Europe.

Liam Kerrigan

Director, Tendering, Estimating & Design

Liam is a Chartered Engineer who graduated with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Dundee, Scotland. He also holds a Diploma in Water & Wastewater Engineering and has over 21 years of hands on experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. Liam has extensive experience in the Design, Co-ordination, Management, & Construction of small and large scale Civil Engineering projects. Liam has significant engineering experience in Landfill, Rail Bridge construction / Demolition, Culverts, Roads, Car parks, Water Mains, Foul Sewer and reinforced concrete structures.

Bernard O’Donnell

Financial Controller
Bernard brings 25 years of accounting experience from both practice and industry to the organisation and is responsible for the day to day running of all accounting matters and ensuring company taxation compliance and is charged with ensuring the financial stability of the company.

Dr Emma Britton

Geotechnical Manager, Temporary Works design

Emma graduated with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Sligo IT. After completing her degree Emma undertook a research doctorate at Sligo IT specialising in Geotechnical Engineering, completing it in 2012. Emma undertakes our temporary works design, site investigations and assesses ground conditions to determine the most appropriate construction techniques. Emma Is also in charge of Source Civils Environmental and Quality Management Systems.

Michelle Dowds – MAITI

Office Manager

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management and has been Sources office manager since the company was formed in 2006. She oversees procurement and looks after all the day to day activities in the office.

Danny McDyre

Senior Contracts Manager – Ireland

Danny McDyre – Danny has specialised in civil construction earthworks/ concrete/ underground services for the past 12 years gaining a vast knowledge and experience in both an Engineering, and Management level. His professional approach to cost and time management as well as his ability to manage large scale oversees projects has seen Danny promoted to his current position of Commercial Manager.

Mark Crossland

Senior Contracts Manager – Netherlands

Mark Crossland – Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years extensive Contract and Project management, commercial and contractual experience in heavy civils, airport, infrastructure, railway, marine and water and wastewater schemes. Mark is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation – FCIHT.

Patrick Duffy

Contracts Manager – UK & Scotland

Paddy Duffy – Paddy graduated with an BEng (Hons) Civil and Transportation Engineering from Napier University, Edinburgh Scotland. Paddy has vast experience in a range of different sectors of the construction industry including Rail, Water, Wastewater, Road infrastructure, and Data centres. Paddy has worked for Source all over Ireland the UK and Netherlands as well as spending considerable time working in Scotland. Paddy has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and assists anyone in his field through coaching and mentoring to develop their skills.

Shane Hegarty

Contracts Manager – Ireland

Shane Hegarty –  Shane joined Source in 2012 after graduating with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering Management from the Institute of Technology, Limerick. Shane has gained considerable experience in the water and wastewater elements of civil engineering. Shane has worked on major wastewater treatment plants and also have significant experience in the construction of large diameter pipelines including works in urban areas.
